    WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

    All orders made before 2 PM are processed within the day. Orders are not shipped and delivered during weekends or holidays.

    DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

    Yes, we do understand that international customers may be subject to customs and/or duty fees. International return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We ship to all countries, including Hong Kong. We do not ship to Russia because of the restrictions placed on the country by the government.

    HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER I ALREADY PLACED?

    Unfortunately, once an order has been processed, there cannot be any changes made to the order. We process every order at the end of the day. If you want to cancel or change your order, please contact us at andersonbarkerco@gmail.com before 12:00 AM EST

    WHAT ARE THE INTERNATIONAL TAXES DUTIES THAT I HAVE TO PAY?

    PurplToad Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during and after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

    All orders are shipped within 24 hours from the date it was purchased. Orders are not shipped and delivered during weekends or holidays

    MY ORDER STILL HASN’T BEEN RECEIVED, AND THERE HASN’T BEEN ANY UPDATE ON THE TRACKING #

    We have access to the same tracking data as you do. If you're in the United States, we recommend contacting your local postal service or UPS customer service to check the tracking number for your package. For international orders, tracking updates are not posted every week. International shipping can take up to six weeks to arrive due to customs and each country's regulations. Thank you for your patience as we work to resolve this issue.

    MY TRACKING NUMBER IS NOT WORKING

    Please check the tracking number in a few days as it might not have been updated with the shipping provider once the label was created. For international orders, tracking updates do not get posted every week and sometimes there is no way to track the package once it leaves the USA. For international orders please also try

    MY ORDER SHOWS DELIVERED BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED THE PRODUCT

    Please check with surrounding neighbors or family members that may have accepted the package. Please also check your order confirmation details to ensure that the address on the package is correct.     WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

    We strive to deliver you the best quality and value. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to take back the product and issue you a full refund of your purchase.

    WHAT ARE THE PROCESSING TIMES FOR RETURNS AND REFUNDS?

    All USA returns are shipped using US Postal Service first class or parcel post mail which takes 3-10 days. Due to Covid-19, for the safety of the PurplToad Co. team, all returned packages are undergoing a 3-5 day hold period before they are processed. It takes an additional 3-10 business days from the time we receive your package for our receiving department to process your refund or exchange and for the credit to show back to your method of payment.

    WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON DEFECTIVE AND DAMAGED ITEM ?

    PurplToad Co. takes incredible pride in giving the leading quality item to our clients. Each thing experiences strict quality control reviews to guarantee that our clients are accepting the exceptionally best.     CAN I RETURN SEVERAL ORDERS (MULTIPLE RMA) IN THE SAME PACKAGE?

    Yes, you can. Please include all items inside the package and list all RMA # associated with your returns so we can easily find them. Don't use oversized packages to ship your items back, as it can delay the processing of your shipment by the carrier.

    WHEN WILL I SEE A REFUND POSTED BACK TO MY CREDIT CARD IF I SHIP THE RETURN BACK?

    Upon receiving the returned package, returns are processed within 2-5 business days. Refunds are posted back to your credit card within 3-5 business days according to your bank.

    We are very sorry to hear that. We do our best to provide the best possible quality items, but sometimes items might get packaged unnoticed. Please take a picture of the defect and email it to andersonbarkerco@gmail.com with an explanation. We will determine if the item needs to be shipped back to us and if the refund can be issued.
